Artmedica Reserve Membership Program
The Artmedica Reserve Membership Program is a flexible credit “bank” membership designed exclusively for Artmedica Aesthetics clients who want consistent self-care, exclusive savings, and total control over how they use their credits.
HOW IT WORKS:
Each month, your payment is added to your personal Artmedica Reserve account as credits that you can use at any time toward Artmedica services or skincare products. Your credits never expire while your membership is active. Members receive tier-based discounts every time they use their credits. Every dollar you put into your Artmedica Reserve account is yours to use! If you’d like a service that exceeds your Artmedica Reserve credit amount, no worries – we’ll apply your banked amount, and you pay the difference.

MEMBER COST: $500/month
MEMBER PERKS:
- Credits never expire while membership is active

- 15% off skincare & retail items
- VIP access to waitlist/cancellation appointments
- Early access to flash sales & exclusive events
- Private invites to member-only Artmedica Aesthetics events
PROGRAM POLICIES
- 3-month minimum commitment required
- Credits are non-refundable but never expire while membership is active
- Membership may be paused or canceled with 30-day notice after the initial 3-month period
- Credits are non-transferable and non-shareable
- Cannot be combined with other promotions or packages
Artmedica Reserve Membership Program
Client Membership Agreement
This Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between Artmedica Aesthetics (“Medspa”) and the undersigned client (“Member”) for participation in the Artmedica Reserve Membership Program (“Program”). By purchasing the selected membership the Member agrees to the following:
1. Membership Overview
The Artmedica Reserve Membership Program is a credit-based membership that allows Members to accumulate monthly credits in a virtual account (“Reserve”) to be redeemed toward eligible skincare services and retail products at Artmedica Aesthetics. Members also receive exclusive discounts based on their selected tier.
2. Membership Tiers & Benefits
Members may choose from the following monthly membership tiers:

Credits never expire while the membership is active.
Discounts apply only when using banked credits.
Membership benefits cannot be combined with other promotional offers, packages, or gift cards.
3. Terms & Conditions
a. Membership Duration & Billing:
- A 3-month minimum commitment is required.
- After the initial term, membership will auto-renew monthly unless canceled in writing with at least 30 days’ notice. All cancellation requests must be sent to info@artmedicamedspa.com.
- Monthly payments will be auto-deducted on the same calendar day each month.
b. Credit Usage:
- Banked credits may be used toward any regular-priced skincare service or retail product at Artmedica.
- Credits have no cash value and are non-refundable.
- Credits are non-transferable and may only be used by the named Member.
c. Cancellations & Pauses:
- After the 3-month minimum term, the Member may pause or cancel the membership by submitting a written request with 30 days’ notice.
- Upon cancellation, any unused credits remain available for use but will expire 12 months from the final membership date.
- Membership cannot be paused more than once within a 12-month period.
4. Acknowledgment & Consent
By purchasing this membership, I acknowledge that I have read and understand the terms of the Artmedica Reserve Membership Program. I agree to abide by the terms and authorize Artmedica to charge my card on file each month for the amount specified in my chosen membership tier. I understand this charge will recur automatically each month until I cancel in writing to info@artmedicamedspa.com after the initial 3-month commitment.
