Lina Colleli, MSN, FNP-C, brings over five years of specialized experience in aesthetic medicine to her practice. With roots in Northern Virginia and early inspiration from her mother’s career as a hairstylist, Lina’s journey began in the beauty industry through fashion blogging and freelance makeup artistry. Her path led her to earn multiple degrees from prestigious institutions, including a Bachelor of Science in Biology from George Mason University and both her BSN and MSN from George Washington University.
Combining her artistic background with medical expertise, Lina has developed a unique approach to aesthetic injections that is focused on enhancing natural beauty rather than altering appearances. Her distinctive perspective, shaped by years of makeup artistry, gives her an advanced understanding of facial lighting and shadows, allowing her to achieve exceptional, harmonious results for her patients.
Throughout her career, Lina has dedicated herself to continuous learning and professional development, participating in extensive hands-on and online training programs. Her transition from creating temporary confidence through makeup to providing lasting results through aesthetic medicine represents her evolution as a healthcare professional and artist. Her warm, family-oriented approach to patient care ensures each client feels comfortable and understood throughout their aesthetic journey.
Currently residing in Northern Virginia with her husband, daughter, stepson, and American bully, Lina maintains an active interest in fashion, art, and photography. Her entrepreneurial spirit has led her to develop an injectable training academy, where she plans to share her expertise with other professionals in the field. Lina’s commitment to natural-looking results, combined with her ability to explain procedures clearly and compassionately, has established her as a trusted name in aesthetic medicine.
LAYLA AGHDAM, MSN, FNP-BC

Natural and precise are the core principles that have guided Layla’s career in aesthetics for over four years. Layla is a board certified nurse practitioner dedicated to providing enhancements that highlight natural beauty and empower patients to feel confident in their skin. She does not chase trends or create faces that all look the same. Instead, every treatment she provides is intentionally crafted, never rushed and never cookie cutter.
Rooted in safety and real results, Layla is committed to using only the most advanced innovations in aesthetic and regenerative medicine. She upholds this commitment through continuous training, conference attendance, and reliance on evidence based data. Her thorough knowledge of facial anatomy allows her to practice with precision and thoughtful techniques that feel authentic to each patient. In the treatment room, Layla takes the time to study facial features, understand goals, and create a plan that feels uniquely tailored. With long term results in mind, she takes a comprehensive approach that considers lifestyle factors, patient education, and care well beyond the treatment room. Above all, building meaningful connections with patients is something she deeply values, and she prioritizes creating an environment that feels genuinely comfortable and supportive.
Prior to aesthetics, Layla worked as a postpartum nurse for over two years, where she developed a strong foundation in comprehensive patient care and advocacy. She later pursued her nurse practitioner degree at The George Washington University, graduating at the top of her class.
Together, Layla collaborates with patients to help them look and feel their best.
Nesa Tikvina, MSN, FNP-BC, CNE, CANS
Nurse Practitioner Injector
Nesa Tikvina, MSN, FNP-BC, CNE, CANS is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, Certified Nurse Educator (CNE), and Certified Aesthetic Nurse Specialist (CANS) certified by the Plastic Surgical Nursing Certification Board (PSNCB). Nesa holds two master’s degrees: one in Nursing Education and one as a Family Nurse Practitioner. With more than 13 years of nursing experience, she brings a strong clinical foundation in post-surgical care, emergency care, aesthetic medicine, and nursing education.
She has trained extensively in aesthetics through plastic surgery and dermatology practices and has continued to refine her expertise by learning from some of the industry’s most renowned aesthetic providers. This advanced training, combined with her clinical experience, allows her to deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care focused on safety, precision, and natural-looking results. Nesa specializes in aesthetic and nonsurgical treatments with an emphasis on patient education, individualized treatment planning, and achieving balanced, natural enhancements.
Her professional affiliations include: American Nurses Association (ANA), International Society of Plastic and Aesthetic Nurses (ISPAN), and Accredited by American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC).”
Robin Carlson, LME
Licensed Master Esthetician
Robin Carlson is a Master Esthetician and Laser Technician licensed with over 4 years of experience. Robin’s approach to skincare begins with the understanding that every client’s skin journey is unique. She takes the time to meet each person where they are, understand their individual needs and goals, and create a plan that feels both effective and attainable. For Robin, great skin is not about a quick fix; it is a process built through consistency, patience, and trust.
Before becoming an esthetician, Robin worked as a hairstylist. More than a decade behind the chair taught her how to listen, connect with people, and build lasting relationship skills that continue to shape the way she cares for her clients today.
Laser and microneedling treatments are an important part of Robin’s practice and play a central role in many of her corrective treatment plans. While these advanced technologies are often key to achieving meaningful results, Robin understands that they are only one part of a well rounded approach to skin health. Through ongoing education and hands on experience, she continues to refine her techniques, expand her knowledge, and offer treatment plans that are thoughtful, effective, and tailored to each client.
Above all, Robin believes esthetics should feel approachable. She wants her clients to feel comfortable asking questions, informed about their options, and supported throughout the process.
