Lina Colleli, MSN, FNP-C, brings over five years of specialized experience in aesthetic medicine to her practice. With roots in Northern Virginia and early inspiration from her mother’s career as a hairstylist, Lina’s journey began in the beauty industry through fashion blogging and freelance makeup artistry. Her path led her to earn multiple degrees from prestigious institutions, including a Bachelor of Science in Biology from George Mason University and both her BSN and MSN from George Washington University.
Combining her artistic background with medical expertise, Lina has developed a unique approach to aesthetic injections that is focused on enhancing natural beauty rather than altering appearances. Her distinctive perspective, shaped by years of makeup artistry, gives her an advanced understanding of facial lighting and shadows, allowing her to achieve exceptional, harmonious results for her patients.
Throughout her career, Lina has dedicated herself to continuous learning and professional development, participating in extensive hands-on and online training programs. Her transition from creating temporary confidence through makeup to providing lasting results through aesthetic medicine represents her evolution as a healthcare professional and artist. Her warm, family-oriented approach to patient care ensures each client feels comfortable and understood throughout their aesthetic journey.
Currently residing in Northern Virginia with her husband, daughter, stepson, and American bully, Lina maintains an active interest in fashion, art, and photography. Her entrepreneurial spirit has led her to develop an injectable training academy, where she plans to share her expertise with other professionals in the field. Lina’s commitment to natural-looking results, combined with her ability to explain procedures clearly and compassionately, has established her as a trusted name in aesthetic medicine.

Natural and precise are the core principles that have guided Layla’s career in aesthetics for over four years. Layla is a board certified nurse practitioner dedicated to providing enhancements that highlight natural beauty and empower patients to feel confident in their skin. She does not chase trends or create faces that all look the same. Instead, every treatment she provides is intentionally crafted, never rushed and never cookie cutter.
Rooted in safety and real results, Layla is committed to using only the most advanced innovations in aesthetic and regenerative medicine. She upholds this commitment through continuous training, conference attendance, and reliance on evidence based data. Her thorough knowledge of facial anatomy allows her to practice with precision and thoughtful techniques that feel authentic to each patient. In the treatment room, Layla takes the time to study facial features, understand goals, and create a plan that feels uniquely tailored. With long term results in mind, she takes a comprehensive approach that considers lifestyle factors, patient education, and care well beyond the treatment room. Above all, building meaningful connections with patients is something she deeply values, and she prioritizes creating an environment that feels genuinely comfortable and supportive.
Prior to aesthetics, Layla worked as a postpartum nurse for over two years, where she developed a strong foundation in comprehensive patient care and advocacy. She later pursued her nurse practitioner degree at The George Washington University, graduating at the top of her class.
Together, Layla collaborates with patients to help them look and feel their best.
Amy Potter, LME
Licensed Master Esthetician
For the past six years, Amy has been a licensed esthetician in Virginia, where her passion for skincare has only continued to grow. After earning her basic esthetics license, she quickly realized she was hooked and eager to explore the science behind achieving real, lasting results for her patients. While she loved the relaxation and artistry of facials, Amy was driven to go deeper, pursuing her Master Esthetician license to specialize in advanced treatments such as laser therapy, chemical peels, and microneedling.
Amy is deeply committed to continuing education, constantly staying at the forefront of new technologies, products, and techniques. She thrives in a field that’s ever-evolving, finding excitement and purpose in its challenges. Over the years, she has gained extensive experience working with a wide range of devices and professional skincare lines, allowing her to tailor treatments and homecare routines to each patient’s unique needs.
For Amy, skincare is more than just a service, it’s a partnership. She believes in empowering her patients through education, helping them understand their skin and maintain their results long after they leave the treatment room. Her goal is always to deliver both confidence and results, one personalized treatment at a time.
